Can I upgrade my old Thermomix® to a TM7?

Yes absolutely! The new TM7 is for sale for $2,649, however from March 20th until April 1st 2026 you will receive a discount on the standard price depending on which Thermomix® model you will be trading in. Click HERE for more Trade Up details or head to our FAQ page for TM7 info.

How long does the Trade Up Promotion last?

This is a Flash Promotion only, so you’ll have until the 1st April 2026 to trade in your old Thermomix® for the latest model, the TM7. For more info see our main TM7 info page

Can I trade in more than one Thermomix®?

Only one Thermomix® can be traded in per Trade Up order.

What’s the best way to place my Trade Up order?

You can Trade Up your Thermomix® directly through me as your local Consultant. I’ll guide you through the process and ensure you take advantage of all our other available offers also. You will also receive full post-purchase support and I will guide you through all the features of your new Thermomix® TM7.

How long do I have to send back my old Thermomix®?

You have 10 business days from the date of your Trade Up order to lodge your return using the Australia Pre-paid label provided by Thermomix®. If your return is not lodged within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled.

What’s the expected wait time on my TM7 delivery?

Your TM7 will be processed for dispatch once your old Thermomix® is scanned with Australia Post. Please allow for 5-10 business days for dispatch during busy end-of-promotion times.
